Clinic-owned profiles
Profile information supplied by a verified institution is stored separately from official status. An institution cannot create, edit, or remove its official registration status.
Coverage and uncertainty
The directory may be a partial view of the source. Absence is never interpreted as unregistered, and ambiguous matches remain unresolved until reviewed.
